"This Penzion was overbooked when we came. It seems that people who wanted to pay for the New Year's Eve party were put in the main building. We were placed in a building that did not have proper heating and was not what was advertised here on Hotels.com. The room was not ready - basic stuff was missing, e.g. toilet paper, light bulbs. The bathroom did not have proper door! It was freezing cold in the room and we couldn't stay there! It was a waste of money, time and holidays! What a shame! They...

"We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. Selection of food for breakfast was very good; during breakfast you chose food from 3 adults menu options and 2 kids menu options for the evening. Pool area for families was also very nice - our little one had a lot of fun! All in all a very nice getaway from Bratislava!"
