I try not to go to Lipa City. I only go if I need to do shopping or visit a place for specific reason. It is very difficult to get around due to constant traffic jam.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are all wonderful. However, for SEA, it’s priced like a luxury hotel without providing the amenities typically found at a luxury hotel.

Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation.
