"The place and staff was great but I do not recommend staying here. The manager flipped off my teenagers because she thought they were grown, flipped out because my 5 year old left a cup in the hot tub, took our keys before checkout and refused to give them back, tried to go into one of our 2 rooms before checkout, then had the nerve to call the cops and tell a bunch of lies so the cops just shook their hands and let us go. The staff said he didn't hurt the hot tub and apologized for managers behavior also stating that's how she treats the employees that why someone quit this morning. I've already contacted hotels.com and I'm contacting Wyndom as well because she's the manager denying everything and there's cameras to show her despicable behavior, something needs to be done about her, if she can't handle a 5 year old leaving a cup in the hot tub that did absolutely nothing (according to staff), how is she going to handle a bunch of drunken or hyped up motorcyclist during Sturgis?
