"Staff appears inexperienced. No bed linens or towels were in the cabin when I checked-in. I informed reception and they would inform someone to bring them. Over two hours later I went to reception to let them know that no linens or towels were delivered. the receptionist took me to a storage room and gave me a set. Great amenities for its location (pool, gym, ping pong table and entertainment for kids), delicious dinner menu and abundant breakfast options with lots of choices for everyone and every need possible.
