"The room was fabulous the staff amazing. I had reserved the room for a night and my bf got stuck so I had to get for an extra 2 nights, they have been very accommodating. I'm in Utah and it's been a simple process..Amazing stay very grateful. visiting there, could be a half but not with this company"

"Room spotless, soo clean. Massive ju ior suite,really comfortable and relaxing, cleanera also friendly and lovely. Ebissa and Lillian on front desk both wonderful. The girl who checked us in was awful, didnt tell us how to collext our free welcome drinks, which embaressing when we tried to and the girl told us we had to use the coasters in our room to do so and we were not told this and had to run up to our room to search for them. The girl with the coloured head scarve on reception her behavior was disgusting on several occassions, she did not once lift her head to say hi or bye or anything on several occasions. I also saw her sleeping on the sofa downstairs when i used the bathroom, which i found really unprofessional and should not be allowed, she looked a mess in her clothes and could not be bothered, she clearly hates her job and is not xustomer friendly, this is not the job for her!!."
