"The room was nice and the decor was perfect for this type of hotel. This is an older type hotel with hard wooden floors. The walls are very thin so be mindful of this. You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. Very interesting place to stay. The hotel staff were very professional and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean."

Fantastic, convenient location, attentive service front the Front Desk especially Mable, also Alex in the morning when Mabel is not on duty. Prompt response, organised, accommodating staff. Food is very good in both restaurants, great roof top bar / lounge / restaurant. Nice updated refurbished original historical building. If we ever return to Cuenca, we will definitely sat there again."
