The staff was more than five stars. They were considerate and accommodating and went above to make our stay excellent. The breakfast changes a bit every day and the variety is nice as we stayed for several days. The queen suite is big and allows us to have room to stretch out.

Room was not clean. Chair was broken. Smaller room than expected. Was not able to check in until half past 4p. When jacuzzi was filling wife got in only to jump out. Black mold/debree started come out of jets. Then they had no rooms so we had to leave. Just horrendous. Will never stay again.
