"I was so skeptical about staying here based on other reviews. HOWEVER it was the complete opposite and the service and stay was amazing!!!! We arrived and had a small issues which was resolved quickly and with much thought!! The staff was amazing and the rooms was nice for the price point. Bed was comfy room was clean with microwave and fridge. Breakfast was fresh and hot and we enjoyed our anniversary stay!!! Thank you for a good experience Blu Ash and the amazing front desk staff!!!"
"Nice campground! I really loved the cabin design—stylish and cozy. The pool area and restaurant were fantastic, and the hospitality was awesome. It’s close to everything and just a hop, skip, and a jump from Kings Island. The only downside was the limited storage space for six people, but overall, we had a blast and will definitely be back!"

"This property was very run down. Bleached dirty sofa in lobby, torn wallpaper, filthy doors. Our room carpet was dirty and stained, couch stained, vanity light broken, bathroom smelled like urine. The bed was comfortable and clean, and since it was just an inexpensive place to lay our heads it was fine. Wouldn’t want to spend more than one night though or be here with kids. "
