Loved the decor, heated floors, and the whole vibe. Definitely a great place for a family trip or a couple looking for a little getaway. Great location to easily get to Camden and Belfast.

Loved the Pine cabin for our family fall trip to Maine! The cabin decor and camp feel to the property and amenities was a great experience. The staff were awesome with quick responses to our needs as well as helpful advice and suggestions for the surrounding area. The location is perfect for easy access to Camden and surrounding activities.

Amazing experience! Camp De Forest is extremely well appointed, the staff showed excellent customer service, and the vibe was fun, comfortable, and homey. I love they are open all year, and will definitely be back this winter. S'mores by the fire was the perfect end to a lovely stay!

You’ve got to experience this place!

Duplex cabin, super private. We played games and roasted marshmallows by the campfire. Mac was an amazing host.

This is a magical place. Feels like an upscale summer camp. The rooms and lounge are so beautifully decorated. We stayed in one of the private cabins. The heated floors in the bathroom were so nice in the late fall. Everything was so comfortable. I think kids would really love this. I know we adults did. Would love to go back.

Room was spotless and beautifully put together, in my opinion. Huge fan of MCM and camp theme so wow, just perfect . Perfectly perfect, as Moostletoe says. Thank you so much. Staff beyond accommodating and kind. The office is cozy and the continental breakfast, though simple, is campy and clearly high quality. Home made sourdough bread, I believe I heard.

The first thing you notice is how fragrant the trees are. Then how peaceful it is. Then you meet the staff who are generous and friendly. Then you see your room - thoughtfully designed and decorated, it feels cozy and clean. We were thrilled to have one morning of bad weather as an excuse to spend time relaxing in the room. Truly, one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had.
