"This hotel needs updated and better cleaning done. Carpeting in the elevator was ripped and a trip hazard. Breakfast was very good and front desk gentleman was very nice and very accommodating!"

"I love the style of the Graduate. So cool. The middle elevator would not stop on floors 3 or 6 and we were on 6, hauling a bunch of stuff for a birthday party. Inconvenient. We also booked this hotel partly for the restaurant and it literally closed for the foreseeable future the night before we checked in and we weren’t informed. Wouldn’t keep us from staying again but not great."

"It was a clean safe place to stay. Only complaint was they were unable to sell us beverages on Saturday night from their little snack center. It was so odd, they were right there and they couldn't even charge them to our room."

"Pros: Clean, updated, and well maintained property Staff were top notch friendly and helpful. Amenities were great. Breakfast had a good selection. Cons: If you’re closer to the O street side there is a bit more traffic noise. But if you use something for white noise when you travel that won’t be an issue."
