"Room was clean and beds comfortable.
After one and a half hours of being opened, the following food for breakfast was totally out: coffee, OJ, Apple Juice, bread, yogurt, eggs, sausage, waffle butter spray, spoons, pastries, plates. Had to go to the main desk and get help. The gal who helped looked like I woke her up when she came out from behind a closed door. She went to the dining area, and saw what was missing. Took her a half hour to get some eggs and semi frozen in the middle sausage out. Coffee she made was super diluted. She couldn't find the waffle butter spray. After almost an hour, help showed up and took care of issues within 10 minutes.
The desk gentleman who checked us in the night before was very kind, sympatheic and apologetic. Issues beyond his control in the parking lot, where PD had to be called for assistance. He allowed extra pool time and whatever else he could do for us."
