Lincoln hotel rooms a the Value Place

"This building needs a lot of repairs. Our room had a bed mattress that seemed new but the pillows flat. The bathroom shower was broken and had to be held and the counter had old sink and faucets."

"The gym needs a fan badly as there is no air circulation! The hotel was unique and fun as we have come to expect from Graduate hotels! The parking garage is treacherous space wise, but geographical footprint is limited in a downtown/haymarket area, so tight spaces are expected. It was quiet even though we had seen no short of 1000 inebriated 20 somethings during our stay"

"Fitness center had broken treadmill--I was notified upon arrival, however, it was an inconvenience. Coffee for coffeemaker in room was not replenished. Kurig style coffee maker would be nice. Room was clean. Facility was ok, but showing some age. No variety for breakfast."

"The shower didn’t have a steady stream of water. The pool could’ve been more clean. Did not like the location of the faucet controls. Love the evening reception and happy hour! Elevators were clean but there was a spill of goldfish for a long time in one elevator. We had an AMAZING stay overall. Thanks for all the staff who cleaned and served us during our stay!"

"We had an excellent stay! Really enjoyed the buffet supper and drinks what a nice benefit! Also enjoyed the breakfast! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed the location and pool and hot tub. Definitely will stay again. "

"Bed had a couple spots resembling blood stains. Shower was a little behind on maintenance. Water never got hot, but did get very warm (which was sufficient for me). Pillows were poor. Everything else was great. Spacious rooms and aesthetically pleasing. "
