"Check in was ok, had to wait for the receptionist to end her call. She was very polite and I appreciated that. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. There has to be new management however because the towels were so hard and dry. I have stayed in this establishment alot and the towels were always so soft and comfy. Until now. I had a room for 2 nights and on the day after check in, "housekeeping" attempted to barge in to clean the room. While I appreciate the fact that they wanted to clean a room, they beat on the door, woke me up, scared the entire crap out of me. I had the safety bar thingy on the door and they were unable to get in, but even then, they continued to bang on the door hollering "room service". I had to tell them through the door 3 times I did not want any service. Lastly, out of 3 ice machines in the hotel, not one of them worked. No ice was provided. Unacceptable. "

"Staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and have been recently upgraded with new furniture, carpeting, etc. Breakfast is the least attractive with a minimal selection of options."

"This property is no longer a Holiday Inn, it’s a Comfort Inn. The bed was comfortable & good for one night. The floor tiles were loose & hard to close the bathroom door. Needs some upkeep. It was clean & breakfast was good"

"Elevator placed at very far end of hall is horrible placement. Should be adjacent to lobby. "
