"The staff came outside to greet us, check-in was quick and efficient. The two individuals working the front desk were very personable and helpful. Elevator was secure and quiet, hallway immaculate as was the room. Bed very comfortable, large shower, even a heated bathroom floor. Snacks, drinks, including wine were available to purchase in the room. Tea and coffee maker also available. Quiet and luxurious, not one complaint. And, Lied Performing Arts Center a short walk across the street. We give the Kindler 5+++ stars."

"They are in the process of replacing the pool area with additional guest rooms so that is no longer available.I have to say it was an exceptional clean hotel, there was always someone available at the front desk for any needs, and the continental breakfast was fine also. Only thing it missed was an elevator. Those are always nice especially for the luggage if not on the 1st floor."
