"I am completely disgusted with Expedia for booking us into a hotel that has been partly demolished for remodeling. The hotel is closed. I drove 100 miles from Portland to get there only to have to scramble to find an alternative, then having to drive another 100 miles. A complete waste of the first day of my vacation, which Expedia had the cheek to offer me an insulting $50 voucher. Expedia has lost a customer for life. I will never use them again."
