"Seda Lio was a complete surprise. I am glad I booked it. The location is perfect. Every evening after a long day of excursions, we spent time at the infinity pool with drinks in our hands from the bar and watched the sunset at the beach. The beach is beautiful, your own perfect slice of heaven. I'm actually glad we didn't stay in el nido because that area looked very congested and busy. Hotel staff is awesome. They were always willing to help. The tricycle was only 20 minutes ride to the town and costs just 300 each way. Food at the restaurant and the bar was excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights. I would stay here again. "

"Brilliant and absolutely stunning hotel with the most wonderful staff that make you feel very welcome to the island! Very near to lio beach but not walking distance from the main town. The hotel helps you get tricycles there though with ease."

""This was our first time in Asia, first time in the Philippines. Everyone said Palawan was beautiful, so we planned around it, and almost didn’t include Nacpan at all. We nearly just stayed in town the whole time. Really glad we didn’t. Nacpan doesn’t have a lot going on in terms of restaurants and nightlife, but the resort itself has a pool, a gym, a massage area, kayaks and SUPs to borrow, and there were other vendors nearby renting sandboards. We could have stayed busy all day. But honestly, lying on a sun lounger watching the sunset was enough. We stayed overnight instead of rushing out, and because of that we got the full sky of stars, the bonfire, and breakfast with the sea right in front of us the next morning. All of that would have been missed on a day trip. The front desk staff found out it was our first time in the Philippines during check-in and shared a bunch of local tips with us, and even taught us a few words in the local language. "The Hotel is located on a beautiful island. The beach is incredible. The staff was OK but you ate at the mercy of their time schedule. We had a lot of No’s. The rooms are fair. Could’ve been more clean. The airport drop off is way too early. We spent a long time at the airport with only 1 terminal. It’s unnecessary. The boats to town are 45 min away so be prepared for that. The tours are over priced through the hotel. Very very over priced. 3-4 x the cost outside. Staff was friendly. Food was good. Not a 5 star butt certainly could be if some things were changed. "

"Very disappointing. We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. The property in the apps shows very nice pictures in the front of the property, it was faked. I even showed the pictures on the app to the caretaker. She was surprised to. Very frustrating. We have decided to leave early morning the next day. Not safe for the kids around with broken sinks and untidy place. I been sending multiple messages to the property without any response at all. Very unprofessional. Even the contact information in the app is not accurate. We tried calling that number to inform them that we are checking in late, the guy who answered the call is from other country and no idea about the property. I have been requesting for our full refund, our vacation is now done but this issue is not settled until now. Instead of us enjoying our vacation, it turns out stressful. i have been contacting expedia, it seems no progress. "

"Beautiful and spacious rooms with great facilities, impeccably clean throughout. Convenient for airport and El Nido town. Could improve with better pre arrival communication on what’s available for food options, there is an option to order from a few restaurants for delivery. Otherwise you will need to go to El Nido or local markets for any supplies. "
