"The kitchen was well stocked with salt, pepper, cooking oil, and filtered water. They also have a chicken coop if you want fresh eggs. The welcome fruits was a nice warm touch.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. They go out of their way to assist you with any needs.
The front desk was helpful with "
"This place is top notch. Amazing rooms, clean, very nice staff, beautiful swim pool, great beach, good food! What else do you need. Definitely will stay here again when I visit."
"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the villa and would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with refreshing coconut drinks waiting for us, which immediately set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
One of the highlights was the amazing private pool. It was beautifully maintained, offering complete privacy and the perfect place to unwind at any time of the day. Whether it was a morning swim or a quiet evening dip, it truly made the stay feel luxurious.
The staff were exceptional throughout our visit. They were always friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. We decided to rent motorbikes during our stay, and the staff made the whole process effortless, providing great support and guidance, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable.
The food was another standout feature. Every meal we had was delicious, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. It added so much to the overall experience and made dining at the villa something we looked forward to every day.
On checkout, we were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful farewell gift of homemade cashew sweets with sugar, which was a lovely and memorable touch.
Overall, everything about our stay was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for villa experience."
"The hotel is fairly new, clean and with a nice pool area. The staff is attentive and helpful. You can book all tours directly with reception. The room is spacious and comfortable. However, the air con has some very strong lights which blink overnight, disturbing your sleep. The roosters next door were also a natural alarm clock we did not want to have in our holidays. Although fresh, the buffet breakfast was more like a continental type and could have a bigger variety of western food including cheese and cold cuts. Lastly, the shuttle times to the city and Lio beach were very limited (once in the morning and once in the evening), so we had to pay for a Tuc-tuc to get to those places nearly every time; it would be great if the shuttle ran every hour for guest convenience. Overall it was a great stay."
Nacpan Beach Villas Managed by H Hospitality Group
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful island resort. Prepare for 45 min drive from Busuanga airport to Coron town and then 45 min boat ride to resort. Transfers were well organized and efficient. If doing island hopping tours-consider staying at the sister resort in town-less expensive to do from town resort. That said, we arranged for island hopping tour which was a must do-snorkeling, kayaking, lovely authentic meal. Seaview bungalow was well appointed with great view. Breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The Nara Spa was a highlight with fantastic massages. A wonderful 4 night stay in paradise with great snorkeling off the beach."
"Very disappointing.
We have reservations of 3 rooms for 6 days. We got in the hotel late around 10pm, the rooms are not ready yet. When we get in the room, rooms smells terrible. The washrooms are not flushing well. Sinks are clog. The lights are not functioning well. No toiletries in any rooms. Kettles only available in the outside kitchen. The property in the apps shows very nice pictures in the front of the property, it was faked. I even showed the pictures on the app to the caretaker. She was surprised to. Very frustrating. We have decided to leave early morning the next day. Not safe for the kids around with broken sinks and untidy place. I been sending multiple messages to the property without any response at all. Very unprofessional. Even the contact information in the app is not accurate. We tried calling that number to inform them that we are checking in late, the guy who answered the call is from other country and no idea about the property. I have been requesting for our full refund, our vacation is now done but this issue is not settled until now. Instead of us enjoying our vacation, it turns out stressful. i have been contacting expedia, it seems no progress. "
