"Amazing stay at Hotel Villa Dirce. Fantastic place, fabulous views over the lake and great staff. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived right to the end. Nothing was too much trouble. Positive: Beautiful lake and mountain views from bedroom balcony and all around the hotel. Excellent staff, great continental breakfast with unlimited prosecco, and just a 7-min walk to Limone Centro. The gift of wine on departure was a thoughtful touch.
Negative: Rooms very clean but a little dated. Doors and safe use keys instead of electronic access. No kettle (seems common in some Italian hotels) or water in the fridge. Phone to reception didn’t...

"Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."
"This property needs upgrading. Room furnishing is outdated. Breakfast included but not impressed at all. The parking garage is a joke. If you drive a mid size car, good luck to your parking skill.
We also asked to change our room which is close to the noisy pool and the AC seemed not working properly. We were asked to pay extra 45 euro per night. We stayed for two nights. Ripped off. Bathroom condition is disgusting, my wife hesitated to go in the shower barefoot. Rust and dirt inside the shower, I will not recommend anyone to stay here,"

"Great location to the centre of Limone. Good restaurants in close walking distance. The breakfast was a good continental choice. The pool and gardens are a big plus for this hotel. The bonus was the ability to park next to the accommodation. As a family of four we loved our stay in the family room, superior room with lake view. We stayed two nights and wish we could have stayed longer. Perfect for our needs on our travels. Would recommend to others travelling to Lake Garda. "

Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange.
None of these things stopped us from having an excellent time and we would love to come back! Fantastic facilities and exceptionally positioned on the lake (not too far from picturesque Limone town)."
