"We didn't stay in this hotel because it's lonely, in the meddle of no where, no restaurant, no stores around, no Wi-Fi, no mobil services. Scary place, unsafe. I don't know why this place is on Expedia. I just want my money back."

Terrible Customer Service!
"I had booked a villa online through Expedia. The reservation went through and they charged my card, so I assumed it was confirmed. The morning we were leaving for Guanaja I emailed them about providing us an airport shuttle. They claimed they did not have our reservation on record! Someone at the ..."
