Terrible!!
"Although hotels.com guaranteed us the reservation. when we arrived there was no room, we had to manage to find another hotel so as not to stay on the street, since that week there was a big parade in the port. even a bus arrived with people with reservations and the same thing happened to them. ..."

Never again!!
"They were doing construction early in the morning at 8am eventhough the site said they would be done with construction da6s earlier. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. And to make things worse the water was cut off te morning we cyecked out. Could not shower."
