The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. "No nice breakfast, staff didn’t turn on the light for me when I wanted to take my birthday picture as a solo traveler who arrived by 10pm, no birthday surprise for me even after mentioning it, nothing to eat for breakfast I didn’t even eat the last breakfast.. my room which they said was upgraded to sea view had a scraped of paint near the bathroom, the bed are so uncomfortable and very low.. The staff were really nice but I’m not staying here again. Not happy I wasted my money."
