"Heron Live Hotel sits on a lake and the setting alone is worth the trip. The view from the property is beautiful at any hour, and the building makes the most of it. The hotel is new and it is kept that way. Rooms, corridors and public areas were all clean and well looked after. Nothing felt tired or half finished. The spa was fantastic. The hammam is one of the best I have been in, and I have been in a few. If you go, leave time for it. The restaurants were a strong point. The food was excellent across the board, and that is not something I expected from a lakeside hotel in this part of Poland. Staff were helpful throughout. English language skills were a little limited in places, but it never caused a problem. The staff tried very hard to please, and that counts for more than fluent English. This is a hotel I will go back to."
