The property was in a great location and we felt like locals during our stay. Our questions were answered and resolved quickly. Each room had a private bathroom and that was very convenient. Overall, the apartment had lots of great space and light, but we did note that the property was dustier than we expected. Information for the wifi was not prominently posted in the apartment for easier access. The front gate was a bit tricky, so instructions or a video for opening the gate could also have been provided. While we did not cook in the property, there was no dish soap for light cleaning available. If you're looking for a safe and generous living space during your stay in Lima, this is a great choice.

Overcharging everything

It’s not the first time I’m staying with Wynwood, and none of them give me a good experience. Last time they couldn’t fix the facilities on time, didn’t allow to use any public area, and literally just said NO to every single request I had, and the room was extremely noisy. And this time, their bad service just went to another level, criticizing us for leaving the house in a poor condition while we just had a dinner leaving the plates and leftover and didn’t even touched the bedrooms. If the cleaning fee we paid is for nothing and we still have to clean everything up, please give the money back I’ll do the cleaning myself! And, further more, knowing that the house rule is prohibited to smoke inside, my friends only smoked outside, but they brought the cigarette butts inside so that the cleaning crew could clean it up, but they want to overcharge us for the penalty even though I have explained it already. I travel around latam and live in different BNB or hotels all the time, and had never left any bad comments on any property, this is the first time because I just cannot stand it anymore and I hope no one else needs to suffer it again!
