Overall it was great and I would stay again. Short, easy, and safe walk to the pool and waterfront. Communication could have been better. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information. Clean

After months of having a reservation, I had red text stating that my reservations were not long enough and that I should cancel or change the reservation to a different date or extend my stay. Then when calling the location, they failed to answer for a while. We then text each other and by the time I knew they had a place for me I had already booked a place in town. I asked if I could get a partial refund and they declined. I'd avoid this property.
