Great property!

I liked this hotel so much I came back at the end of my trip. This is a great property in a great location with a great staff. The room was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it. Great breakfast too.

Over all I would give 5 star for the employees from the front desk to door man, the rooms are ok, breakfast not many choices, there is craft market right across from the hotel, there are restaurants walking distance. Overall it was good stay

Great location in Miraflores. The hotel seems brand new and was comfortable and clean. It had A/C, but the room was still a little humid. The only downside was that the room didn't get very dark out night. The curtains didn't do a great job blocking out the light, and there's an LED light strip behind the bed that I couldn't figure out how to turn off. If the room was darker, it would be perfect. Overall, I'd stay here again

Poor noise insulation for room with a main street view. Had to wake up early morning due to this. Service was very good. Breakfast was awesome, the omelette was well done.

Although our room was not ready upon our arrival, the staff tried very hard to make it up to us, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and many things were within walking distance of the hotel. The area around the hotel seemed fairly safe, but it is located in the city so there needs to be realistic expectations on safety and noise level. The noise did not bother us at all because we were so tired, but could be problematic for a very light sleeper. Overall, this was a good hotel and we would likely stay there again.

Poor communication

The hotel is in a poor Location far from shops and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. However I accidentally booked the wrong dates, I understand they didn’t have a refund policy but I just asked if they could move my booking to my preferred dates. They were quite ambiguous and deceiving telling me it’s no problem and they can accomodate me this evening. Only to arrive and still be charged on top of my original booking. Very disappointing. I understand it’s my mistake and happy to cop that but I would have appreciated clear honest and upfront communication
