Lovely hotel

Beautiful historic hotel being nicely renovated. Room was updated with new, lovely decor. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

We made a mess of our booking and arrive one day early. Receptionist was excellent and very accommodating. Hotel is very close to the railway station and centre of the town. Staff very pleasant. First class buffet breakfast to suit all tastes. Would happily stay there again

Perfect location, needs new carpet!

This historic hotel is rundown but for skiers, the location by the bus station, grocery store and ski shop makes for easy travel. Breakfast is good and beds are super comfortable but the carpeting is about 10 years overdue to be replaced!

Great location and the (typically small Norwegian) rooms were comfortable and cozy. A lot of painting and decorating in the common areas so breakfast served at a nearby hotel. All good, price was right.

Dated (a bit tired), but clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here before. It’s really close and convenient for the station. It’s nice not to be in a big chain. The hotel is rather dated and tired, but the beds are comfortable, and it’s really clean. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. As I said, I’ve stated before and would definitely stay again.

Best breakfast during our 2 week nordic Norwegian ski vacation. 1/2 block to train and bus station with the buses that take you to Sjusjoen, Nordseter, Hallinjdal, Mosetrtopen, Skiekampen!!!!

Meget venligt personale. Under den ombygning, så du må forvente lidt støj af og til. Morgenmadslokalet var lukket pga. ombygningen, så man skal ud og hå en kort tur, for at få morgenmad.

Property was under construction during our stay. Didn't really affect us much. We had to walk down the street for our breakfast. The breakfast was AMAZING!! So many gluten free and vegan options. Missing the waffles already. The staff were super friendly.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Lage des Hotels unweit des Bahnhofs ist kaum zu toppen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Am ersten Tag hat es leider sehr lange gedauert, bis es etwas warm wurde im Zimmer. WLAN hat funktioniert und das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Ich habe hier schon ein paarmal übernachtet und würde das Hotel vermutlich auch in Zukunft auswählen.

Super Hotel mit sehr gute Lage zur Fußgängerzone(ca. 5Min. zu Fuß) und die Parkplätze waren direkt am Hotel kostenlos. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Einziges Manko war die Dusche, da hier das Wasser direkt ins Bad gelaufen ist
