Great clean and comfortable hotel.

Friendly welcoming staff.clean and comfortable rooms.It was great to have a hob and a microwave as we stayed 4 nights.One small suggestion kitchen items would be improved by having bottle openers a sharp knife and a cutting board.Great quiet location and quick to get to on the Metro.Will definitely book again if going to Lille again.

Globalement je recommande car le personnel est sympa sauf une qui a le visage crispĂ©, plus ĂągĂ©e et qui ne fait pas de geste commercial quand ça semble Ă©vident. Cela m'a gĂąchĂ© mon opinion sur cet hĂŽtel toute la semaine sur place. l'hĂŽtel m'a rajoutĂ© une dizaine d'euros sur place alors mĂȘme que je leur montrais sur le site la facture en direct. Me disant que Expedia n'est pas Ă  jour des taxes. Mais peu importe moi j'ai donnĂ© mon accord pour un certain montant, du coup un geste commercial aurait Ă©tĂ© un bon accueil. De ce fait quand j'ai vu l'appartement tellement petit pour deux grands adolescents et deux parents qu'ils n'ont a pas voulu me changer Ă  aucun moment dans la semaine , plus le bruit des travaux le premier matin, l'eau coupĂ©e toute une matinĂ©e jusqu'Ă  12h30, le nettoyage seulement tous les 4 jours dans un espace aussi petit Ă  4, pas d'armoire, pas de placard pour la nourriture, juste Ă  l'entrĂ©e pour dĂ©poser les valises, manteaux etc... Et bien c'Ă©tait dur de relativiser et d'avoir un esprit positif pour toute la semaine dans cet hĂŽtel. Heureusement que le reste du personnel Ă©tait trĂšs sympathique et Ă  relevĂ© le niveau.

le stationnement est compliqué! l'hÎtel propose un parking à 12 euro, sinon c'est dans la rue (peu sûr et trÚs difficile de trouver une place). Les chambres sont agréables mais le cÎté appart'hÎtel est symbolique (quasiment pas de vaisselle, pas d'ouvre bouteille, pas de tire bouchon, pas de coin repas. 1 seule chaise, etc.. Autre problÚme, de conception cette fois: les chambres "premium" sont cÎté route... passante et bruyante avec des plaques d'égout mal jointes et qui claquent à chaque passage de voiture. L'isolation phonique vers l'extérieure n'est pas performante. L'hÎtel semble conscient du problÚme puisqu'un remboursement des petit-déj. nous a été proposé.

Bel Ă©tablissement mais nul en matiĂšre de services

Venus en famille pour un concert, nous avons une bonne surprise en dĂ©couvrant cet Ă©tablissement et ses Ă©quipements. Par contre, il est inadmissible de constater que le petit dĂ©jeuner payant soit pitoyable. Deux matins de suite, Ă  une heure raisonnable, la pauvre dame prĂ©posĂ©e et seule, nous explique qu’il n’y a plus de beurre, plus de petits pains, plus de jus d’orange,
plus de place !!! Nous avons fini dans une salle de rĂ©union Ă  manger du pain et de la confiture !!! De surcroĂźt pour une nuit surĂ©valuĂ©e au niveau tarifaire en raison du concert ! Le samedi, plus d’eau plate, le dimanche plus d’eau plate. Bref pour un Ă©tablissement qui se veut trois Ă©toiles, impensable que la direction pointĂ©e du doigt par le personnel ne prenne pas soin de ses rĂ©sidents. Je crois sincĂšrement c’est la premiĂšre fois que j’assiste Ă  des bousculades d’une vingtaine de personnes pour une tranche de jambon !!! De plus le dernier jour, alors que mon Ă©pouse Ă©tait souffrante, on ne m’a pas remboursĂ© ce pseudo petit dĂ©jeuner qu’elle n’a pas pu prendre ! Et le personnel de mĂ©nage a menacĂ© ma fille de payer une nuit supplĂ©mentaire parce qu’elle quittait sa chambre Ă  12h10
 En rĂ©sumĂ©, il faut garder l’établissement et ses Ă©quipements et repenser complĂštement le concept d’accueil et de services, il y a un delta trop important pour ĂȘtre crĂ©dible ! Je suppose que je ne serai pas le seul Ă  m’exprimer en ce sens au vue des rĂ©actions de toutes les personnes prĂ©sentes ! À la « direction » de rĂ©agir !

Tres bon accueil, hotel tres calme Chambre au 8ieme étage avec petit balcon avec une belle vue. Sanitaire tres propre. Je recommande. Petit déjeuner copieux.
