Good location, we did not have a car, but parking would probably be difficult. It could have been a little cleaner, but it was not bad. Two TVs was nice, and we felt safe.

Fabulous property, great location but still in a quiet area. The apartment was ideal for us, a couple. Maybe not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase but for us it was ideal. A very lovely apartment, great communications from owners. Some fantastic shops a bars in the immediate area and just a short stroll into the old town (Vieux Ville). We drove. There is a public car park 5mins away. Ignore Google maps which shows a free car park at end of the road… it’s not, it belongs to the military! Recommended

Nice little studio apartment in a quiet neighbourhood a 10-15 walk from vieux Lille. Check in was very smooth. No AC but the fan supplied was good enough for.me. Note that if sharing the apartment there is little to no privacy as the shower is open to the bedroom and there is only a curtain between bedroom and toilet.

The entrance to the room was dangerous. The staircase was super narrow (2 spiral flights, plus a loft), myself and my dog almost fell down. What made it worse was the automatic light would randomly shut off while traversing the stairs. Completely unacceptable and unsafe. Bathroom was dirty, trash was there when I showed up, and I believe the sheets were dirty. I ended up itching all over the next morning and may have had some allergic reaction. I couldnt wait to check out and left 3 hours early. No directions given for parking but I lucked out with free street parking and because I checked out early. Probably the worst booking I’ve ever had through Expedia, never again, nor do I recommend.

La location était très bien. Idéalement bien placée. Nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue facilement. Logement propre. Juste quelques petits équipements cassés (brosse dans les toilettes, la petite poubelle dans la salle de bain) Et nous avons eu chaud (week-end du 27 et 28 juin) : voir installer une climatisation ou des ventilateurs efficace). Lille est une superbe ville.

facile à trouver, propre et communication facile. Par contre, couloir exigu, mon sac s'est pris dans la poignée de la fenêtre du couloir. Résultat : ouverture du sac, PC fissurée, iphone écran brisée. Plus de quoi communiquer, plus de quoi travailler, plus de quoi payer. SDB attenante à chambre exigus avec les WC's en plein dans le visuel des voisins. bref, un déplacement à oublier
