A perfect example of a quality hotel with very comfortable facilities helpful friendly staff. You can't fault it. Very central to the centre as well as the Eurostar terminal and the local train station.

10/10, the hotel staff were the most welcoming friendly people, the room was as to be expected, very comfortable mattress, good amenities, hairdryer extra pillows on request and a blanket too!

The hotel was nice and a good price. Good location in the center of the city. Of course this means it is in the center of the city, so you have to be ok with some noise and bustle, but we found it very convenient and the staff was very good about answering questions and giving us recommendations for restaurants and directions. Over all, it was a good hotel!

The hotel is in a good location to stay as a visitor, close to the train station and city center. It can be noisy at night. The staff was nice and helpful. It is what you would expect for the price. I would stay again if I were returning to Lille for a short time.

Handy for the city centre and Railway stations.

Rooms are small but adequate for a few days. Staff very welcoming and efficient. Ideal location for the city centre and both Railway stations. Lift doesn't stop at each floor so you might have to go up or down a few stairs.

Such a gem of a hotel! Me and my partner were in Lille for the first time ever for a pop concert (Mylène Farmer😍) and this hotel ticked all of our boxes, location, friendly staff, comfy bed, hairdryer, not a luxury stay but perfect for a roof over our heads. Also my partner forgot to bring his iPhone charger and a lovely receptionist lent him one to use, life saver! We'd definitely stay at this cosy little hotel again if we're ever in Lille again (lovely city too btw).

Had a problem with previous hotel as they were overbooked. After spending 2 hours with expedia customer service i was move d to this hotel. No way 3 star! Very Small room. If you are very tall no way you can use the toilet as the toilet nearly touch the radiator same for the shower, tiny space! Extremely basic. At the end i did not stay and booked a better hotel. Couldnt bother to contact again expedia customer service.

Contrary to the presentation of the hotel at Expedia site there was no such thing as free parking. At the recommendation of the hotel we hat to use a public parking close to the hotel for 26,40 Euro for the one night we stayed. Moreover, we were told that even in case one of the two (!) parking places of the hotel had been free, it would have been payable at a rate close to the one at the public garage. Getting from the hotel to the parking in Lille’s not so easy understandable traffic, coming back to the hotel and all the communication around parking including finding out how and where to pay cost us about an hour of our limited time in Lille. Service was friendly. No air conditioning on a hot day. That was ok as we knew that in advance. We were able to open the window, by doing so, however, we got mosquitos. Location is good. It is close to the old city center and the train station.

Bonjour suite à notre we en cette hôtel, et étant moi même dans le domaine technique et conseiller en prévention pour le groupe Accor, il y a quand même des petits bémol, càd, odeur vraiment désagréable de la décharge de la douche, il doit surement manquer les anti retour dans les décharges, cela est vraiment d'un désagréable dans la chambre 32, la finition aussi du bac douche, silicon sur silicon bof, bof. Note positive le personnel était accueillant et très aimable.

Pour un 3* c’est à revoir

Chambre mal isolé du bruit à tout les niveaux, lit qui grince et agencement à revoir (pas de prise au niveau du lit par exemple ou douche sans porte de douche qui ferme). Sinon le reste impeccable accueil et ménage parfaitement professionnel et personnel au soin.
