"A stunning and tranquil hotel located inside the Lijiang Dayan ancient town. The staff are all helpful and polite. They provided snacks and brewed tea during check-in, as well as afternoon tea that was delivered directly to our room. They also offered special services such as laundry and turndown service. "It is an amazing place to stay with brilliant location and wonderful staff for our stay. There is free tea tasting and making experience along with nice breakfast, afternoon tea set and late night sweet soup. Highly recommended for first-time or relaxing family stays. My mother is pretty happy to do laundry everyday with great location to natural dry clothing. The locaiton is brilliant to access the old town. There is a dedicated staff Nana answering our questions before and during our stay, super helpful to meet our goals."

"The room is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The owner speaks English and uses WeChat to keep us posted. The only complaint is it may take sometimes for the hot water to arrive, and the room is a bit cold. Moreover, the hotel is situated in the center of Lijiang old town, which makes travelling easier and saves time."
