There was empty beer bottles and cans around the tables in front of reception and the whole experience was like staying in a migrant camp. It felt threatening and totally unsafe. "Fanny and Lola were amazing on reception and helped us out with many things. Excellent English and excellent customer service. Room very clean and hotel seemed very modern. Parking was difficult due to road works but Lola helped us out with excellent alternative directions. Good comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent including a fresh orange juicer. Hot choices and the usual French continental options which were extensive. Would highly recommend without hesitation."
