"This was a big disappointment. Apt for 8 with no kitchen, stove or oven where are you supposed to cook if you go with kids / teenagers? No restaurant in the property, no convenience store , no vending machines. We had to drive to get some milk or even water. No guest wants to have to make the day more difficult when it’s time to eat right? Staff is not really helpful sitting the FD like they’re on break they don’t seem to be worried about guests too much … beach access is non existent … next to the pier you can get in the water but if you want to have some keys beach access you’ll need to drive to three waters resort… THATS A BEACH . We found ants all over the copy tee so so t even think about leaving anything open you’ll have an infestation 10 min later …. At night there’s no bar, no music, no action, activity or NADA. Totally quiet and almost dark, it would be a good suggestion to have something to gather ppl , sell some drinks and they would probably make a lot of money . No breakfast included they give you free coffee and they sell some boxes wth sausages eggs and croissants for around $15 which is pretty much the price of a regular breakfast anywhere , but they give it in a box so you take it to go…. Terrible idea ! Definitely not what we expected . We love the keys but if you’re looking for relaxation and some entertainment this is not the place . Super overvalued ."
