"This hotel is an excellent location just around the corner from Saint Mark Square, the canals are accessible right from the lobby where you can catch a gondola ride. The staff was awesome. Breakfast was great. Can’t say enough good about this place."

"The room was spotless and clean although the decor was significantly older than what is in the advertisement. The breakfast spread is vast and they never ran out of anything despite a busy breakfast service. The staff were very helpful and efficient- we arrived after midnight because of delayed flights and were promptly checked in, upon checkout I forgot something in the room and they were efficient in returning it to me. The location is great next to the train station. Despite this the area is very quiet."

"Because it is an anitique hotel, the couch/sofa I found them dirty. I got itchy after sitting on it for a while. It lacks luggage racks. The beds are ok. Breakfast are ok."
