"No shuttle for an early morning flight. Front desk could not make change for tip. Front desk could not print me a receipt. Front desk could not share a route to walk to the airport terminal that was right next door behind the hotel. "

"The Carlisle Inn was an amazing place to stay on our vacation to Sarasota, FL.The inside of the lobby area and the the corridors were spacious and bright and filled with wonderful artwork. They offered a delicious breakfast each morning. I was able to sit outside on the large patio that surrounded the pool and soak up some sun. I would highly recommend the Carlisle Inn to anyone looking for a restful place to relax."

"Clean rooms, easy check in. The easy access to the beach and pool was perfect for our family and just what we were hoping for. Staff at the pool and beach were helpful and efficient. Only complaint was during our dinner: service was slow and the air conditioner condensation was dripping from the ceiling onto our table. Overall, we would be happy to stay here again! "
