"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "I had trouble with airplane changes that needed to be changed (I had put down the wrong date for the return flight). I tried to do it online and by phone with no success. After a half hour to 45 minutes I went down to the front desk for help. After about a half hour of her talking in Italian, I received conformation of the changes. Both of them at the front desk were helpful, kind and patient with me. I couldn't be happier."

"This place has spectacular views and looks like a Hobbit Village set in the hills of Tropea area. Elevator to the beach is excellent and property is extremely charming. There were plenty of things to do and see (views of volcano, swimming, pool bar, evening music). Power is dated and could use an upgrade but a cute mini-village with some spectacular gardens and scenery."
