"Hotel was clean and staff at the front desk were super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good with lots of options. Room was nice but the carpet was dated and should be removed. There was a small outside sitting area just off the bathroom but the chairs were too dirty to sit on and were hard to clean. Location was great for us and I can’t emphasize enough how friendly and helpful the staff were."

"A really lovely hotel but the stars of the show are the staff on the main desk. They were so helpful and professional. Spotlessly clean, a nice breakfast, which is a rarity in Italian hotels. The bed was super comfortable, I don't think I woke up all night. Lots of gorgeous places to walk around the area. Cruise transfers pick up from right outside."

"NH Ravenna is in a great location, right across from Dante's grave, a beautiful church, many grocery stores within walking distance, pharmacies, ATMs, and quite a few five-star restaurants (reservations on weekends required). The rooms are clean and sparse, but good for Europe. The bed is hard, which is typical of Italy. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff were wonderful. The rooms are not insulated, so bring a fan or noise maker, and the air conditioning is shut off at night (fall/winter), but you can open the window for night air. On weekends, the hotel restaurant is NOT open, and the bar is only open for short periods on Friday and Saturday—closed Sunday. But many wine bars are within easy walking distance. Make sure you walk away from the Train station area, which is somewhat of a questionable spot; walk towards the old town, where, as a solo, I felt safe."

"Great hotel in a perfect location at the beach. We went in off season, so we learned there isn't too much open around this time, but the food was still good at the restaurants that were open. Would have been nice if the pool was heated too, but overall still a very nice stay"
