Very good and friendly communication, not something that you find easily lately with highly automated services of air b&b type. We were greeted and shown the place by Nina, even if it was late at night!"

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. The owner of the hotel blamed us for not arriving earlier to make it a smooth experience . The hotel doesn’t have an actual address,...

"Street parking was convenient, easy access to restaurants, and attractions(lots of elevations) Staff were very helpful and friendly. Kitchenette was a nice bonus. Sauna and pool was a nice feature "
