"The preferred and palm bar personnel Alberto,Luis,Emmanuel,Yareli made amazing drink and very enjoyable experience.
Eramy was amazing reserving any ride and amenities in the facility easy enough just a quick easy text.
Room service was horrible I’m currently breastfeeding my infant son and have to eat random hours of the night. Day 1 food was horrible, Day two I called 1am-3:40 am Yaritza personnel said they didn’t have service available anymore. Day 3 took 2 hours to have meal deliver because i called and asked about the service. This was a very unpleasant experience due to me breastfeeding my infant child and not having food to supply my milk production. "
