"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"Very friendly and helpful, great welcome. Nice recommendation for nearby restaurants. Lovely guest house with great style. Pool was great in the heat and the room was nice and large for our family. Continetal breakfast was great with fresh fruit and pastries."

"A wonderful one night stay , close to the Cathedral and an excellent little restaurant 100 metres away. Great breakfast supplied to the door. One of the best self caters we’ve ever used. Hope to return soon"
