"Overall good value for money but lighting must be added on the walkway in front of main entrance as it’s dark and lots of potholes. An older lady fell twice and hurt herself."

Le jour de notre arrivée le responsable nous dit que pas possible est que son personnel était pas prêt avant les 17h. Un Acceuil exécrable du responsable de cette établissement que je déconseille vivement !! Le message est passé au cap agde . "

"Es hat uns sehr gefallen Bis auf die Öffnungszeiten des Kinder-Spieleraums und die des Fitnessstudio. Die waren nur bis 12 Uhr und ab 16 Uhr. Für uns zu wenig Sehr abgelegen, uns sehr strandnah. Aber keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Super Brötchenservice"

"Chambre beaucoup moins grande que l'impression des photos. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre et vu qu'on est en hiver c'était un peu limite. Fin de la deuxième douche à l'eau très tiède les deux matin. L'accès Internet ne fonctionnait pas, pour tout on était bien connecté sur la box. On a pas très bien compris pourquoi il y a 4 étoiles, il n'y avait même pas une boîte de kleenex dans la chambre... Une page A4 complète d'interdiction qui ne rend pas le lieu accueillant. Chic but good be very chic with a little more

"We stayed for 2 nights whilst exploring the area. Check in was fine but we were asked to pay a deposit which is not mentioned when booking and us very old school and not something one expects in today’s Hôtel environment. They stated they have a roof terrace with drinks and snacks available. However this roof top terrace is merely a terrace to one of their larger rooms and there is not actual bar or person to serve you - not really a true roof top terrace. Charging a nightly charge for our pet seems excessive as they do not use much - but the hotel did provide two small dog bowls and some snacks for him. No treats for us though. A good location and quiet for all that Cap D’Agde has to offer"

Best stay in Séte

"Absolutely wonderful stay. Everything is as described. Clean. Perfect location. Small parking lot next to their building. The breakfast was expansive. The staff were all so friendly even though I don’t speak any French. 100% would recommend and stay here again. Get the ocean view room. "

"My first room had a horrible smell. I was told they have it when it is windy. Too bad there is always wind in Sete. I had to argue to change it to another room. I was given a lower category room so the no offer to compensation. In the new room the sink did not drain. There was no hot water in the morning for the shower. No excuse offered. Seemed business as usual. Never again."
