"The timing of our activity did not allow us to try the Kick Back evening welcome. Breakfast was on par with the usual free breakfast. Our TV remote did not work. We tried to use the room phone to ring the front desk, but it didn't work either. We were tired and in our PJ'S so didn't go back down to report it."
