Very Disappointing stay. Fire Alarms went off at 1:30am with absolutely no direction Pool was down. Bathrooms are so small. Breakfast was horrible and there was absolutely no food at 930am. No eggs, potatoes, waffle mix, bread etc. Never even bothered to eat breakfast the next day. The afternoon front desk guy was helpful. Voiced our concern for a less than stellar stay. This was the worst Hampton Inn I have stayed at.

Hampton Lexington

Staff was very good. Very busy weekend for the area. Computers seemed to be major issue at check in Could be a one time thing not sure. Got us into a room at 4:30 p.m. My perception was still getting trying to get rooms ready at this time. Surprisingly queit since we were right behind front desk area. Area seems to be a good location to access everything.

Not Hampton Inn quality. Tiny bathroom that smelled like urine. No ice machine…had to ask breakfast lady for a ziploc bag of ice. Lobby and breakfast area under remodel. Expect more from Hampton Inn.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was way too soft and the floor was slanted. As you walked to the bathroom it dropped a good two inches on a slant. Probably won't stay there again.

Very frustrated about our room that did not have a closet, we did not space or enough hangers to hang our clothes for the wedding we came to town for. We spoke to the front desk person who told us he would discount our room because it was right next to an elevator and didn’t have a closet for our clothes. Our bill was not discounted but there appeared a new $5 added as a separate charge that was not removed? Any suggestions on how to get a credit as promised by the gentlemen that was scheduled to work that night until 11p the night of our check in would be appreciated.

Good breakfast and nice breakfast staff. Pool closed. We had to slam our room door to get it to shut, Garbage on floor in room. We stayed for several days. Came back to the room at 9:30PM one evening and our room door was open. ((Had left at 8 AM.) Spoke with front desk staff who stated it was probably housekeeping who keeps the room doors open as they don’t have a key fob for all the rooms while they are working. What? Why still open at 9:30PM? We had our luggage/jewelry/electronics in the room but nothing seemed to be missing.

Elevator was not working. My husband and I were on the 3rd floor. He is not suppose to be lifting heavy bags, etc, let alone trying to get our bags up and down 3 flights of stairs. Water flow in sink in our room was very inadequate and slow. The men’s bathroom downstairs was out of order. The pool was being worked on. The water fountain downstairs also out of order. Not a good stay.
