We knew this hotel had low ratings and there are reasons for this. Overall our room was great. But we had towels with spots in them. The pool was great. The continental breakfast appears to be first come first serve. We got there about an hour and a half after it opened and there was very little food left. This property does seem to be doing good things to improve the property. The foyer and the dining room were very nice. Essentially you get what you pay for here. What else could you expect?

Pool didn't smell like it had ANY chlorine in it, but it was clean, if green. The few staff members I saw were very helpful, but definitely very understaffed. Our first room wasn't done being cleaned so we got another one, which was reasonable, but had to beg for extra blankets and towels. Which were dirty. TV was very glitchy. You get what you pay for, I guess. Next time I'll stay elsewhere.

I think they are in the process of remodeling or something. Construction supplies were randomly over the hotel. There were no pool towels. Or extra towels. Room was over all clean.

Exterior parking lot is not well kept. Hallways need a deep clean. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast won't work for anyone with dietary restrictions, but several restaurants nearby.

We had a non-smoking room that had a bedspread with cigarette burns. We were on our last leg of returning home. Used to having shampoo and conditioner available at the hotel, but none at this one. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles, which was good. I had expected more! The maintenance folks were working diligently to get the AC working in the breakfast room. We made our waffles and found a much cooler place to eat them! Pool area was more like a sauna-the AC units that were being worked on for the breakfast room were probably connected to this area as well. They were addressing the issue. I'm not faulting them for that at all. Room was very clean and quiet!

I am really surprised this hotel ranked so high on Expedia at an 8. When we arrived, I immediately noticed that people lived at this hotel which isn't a great sign. There were lots of pets. The hallways and stairways were dirty, and reeked of smoke. Despite the conditions of the hotel, the staff were super friendly. The room was decent with clean sheets, and the smell of cigarette smoke did not extend to the room.

Let me start with the staff was excellent and very helpful! I really liked front desk’s friendliness and accommodation. Unfortunately their water system was down and the hotel had no hot water. The pool and hot tub were down when I went. The system was in the process of being replaced, so hopefully the issue is resolved. It just wasn’t at the point when I went. I was able to cancel my reservation and get a refund.

Room was clean. Hotel is run down, halls are dirty, outdoor doors have broken locks. They dont tell you this when booking but its now a rent by the week/month flop house. People have personal welcome mats in hallway. People sitting in cars in parking lot, bunch of dogs barking in rooms Regretted booking this one! Plenty of better close by
