"Hotel grounds look terrible. Carpet on Stairway steps is loose and is a trip hazard. Would not stay here again. Trash and cigarette butts around the parkig lot. Needs a lot of improvement."

"This hotel was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at hands down. The girls were so nice at check in an it was quiet also. Good breakfast every morning, not just fruit an bagels. Full breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaylord."
