"The room was very nice and clean and everything was very tidy and nice. Big balcony with the room and a mini fridge. But the wifi is terrible and could hardly connect our phones. Looking up simple directions and the weather for the day took a while with the internet connection. Very limited parking as well and had motorcycles taking up full spots when there was spots that cars couldn’t fit but they could. Had to park on the street outside which was fine. "We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "
