"This property is excellent, beautiful, 5 star hotel in the middle of a tiny town, disguised as a quaint little hotel. Everything is excellent, room, service, staff all beyond expectations. Loved it!!!"

"Staff very welcoming. Newly renovated apart from some of the chairs in the lounge which were very grubby. Room small but clean. Comfy bed. Only one comfy chair in room. Dinner was very good and well presented. "

"Regarding cleanliness, in general the cottage was very clean (i.e. kitchen, bedrooms, baths spotless), however there was a pet odor that pervaded the place. It led us to avoid the sitting room area and we booked other stays this trip at venues that did not permit pets. Regarding service - instructions were e-mailed regarding the cottage heating being on a timer, however, during two of the evenings of our stay the heat did not kick on. "It was an overnight stay with our 2 dogs. Lovely outside area for the dogs, large room. Only issue was it was so warm and stuffy, we didn't sleep well, also a large group arrived at 1am and came into the building chatting loudly for quite some time."
