"Al momento del Check in ,effettuato presso una struttura distante 50 metri dall’alloggio che avevamo inizialmente prenotato , l’accoglienza e la cortesia del personale sono state impeccabili. Data la poca affluenza di turisti, causata purtroppo dall’emergenza covid, il Signor Roberto addetto alla reception ci ha sistemati, con nostra graditissima sorpresa,in una suite dell’hotel dove abbiamo effettuato il check in. "We had an excellent stay! Staffs were amazing and the service was just exceptionally great! Live the location of the property and the hotel is just classic, we later learned it’s owned by LVMH, it’s no wonder…. We’d definitely recommend to anyone going to Portofino! "
