Stayed here to visit my daughter going to college in Leuven. This place is a stealth awesome. It's a run down building on the outside but modern and clean on the inside. Highly recommendes.

Overall it’s good but I was assigned to an empty locker with no key. For people who don’t have access to phone calls, there might be an issue with the checkin. Furthermore, there is no garbage disposal in the room. Others are good.

Make sure you have the correct code and entry info

The room was fantastic. Very comfortable, great rooms, private bathroom, plenty of space, tv, windows with lots of light, bed so comfy, shared kitchen with good facilities and free coffee. Loved it. HOWEVER, I was sent the wrong code to the front door so and so wasted a long time outside unable to go inside with noone answering my phone calls or watsapps to the property. Also, I was not sent the code to be able to self check in and get my key once inside the front door. Great self check-in idea but someone needs to be attentive and the correct information MUST be sent or you're stuck outside and cannot enter. Finally someone helped me. It is unfortunate as this was a really great place to stay but if you cannot enter, it has zero stars!

Nice and clean but my room smelled BAD

This hotel was indeed very clean and comfortable and perfect for the price and cleanliness. However, my particular room smelled TERRIBLY, the sewer smell was so bad (bathroom door didn't go all the way down so the entire room smelled). I actually checked under the bed and behind the toilet to see if anybody played a bad joke and left poop there. Also there were a ton of mosquitos in the bathroom coming from somewhere. I even sent a message through hotels.com. but no reply. Unfortunately Leuven was pretty booked otherwise I would have moved out and request a refund. I honestly thought I didn't deserve to endure the excruciating smell for 5 days. Also some rooms were bigger and better layout then ours. I wouldn't complain if there hadn't been smell because it really was very clean and nice for the price. Kitchen on the second floor was very handily since I travelled with me son. Because of the smell and because there was nothing done about it unfortunately I can not give a better score.

Ottima sistemazione. Si accede alla struttura in autonomia tramite codice inviato via email. Stanza grande e molto luminosa con grandi porte finestre e accesso su terrazza. Molto pulito, letto comodo, mobili nuovi. All'esterno della stanza cucina completamente attrezzata con frigo, macchina caffè e bollitore, presenti anche le stoviglie e il necessario per lavare. Par heggio in zona a pagamento, ma noi abbiamo parcheggiato gratuitamente a circa 400 metri sotto al ponte davanti alla fabbrica Stella Artois. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi in 15-20 minuti.

Super !! Aanrader !

Het is een klein hotel ,maar alles is er .De kamers zijn functioneel ingericht en kraak proper !! (vind ik echt belangrijk ;-))Hebben een goede propere douche en wifi werkt ook erg goed .En een zeer goed bed .Verder heb je op de 1ste etage een keuken (gemeenschappelijk, maar wij waren er alleen ) waar je koffie en thee kan maken of iets eten (oven en potten en pannen en kookvuur ter beschikking) en ook een terras met tafel nog buiten.Aan de overkant een bakker waar je ook ontbijt kan halen .Het is er veilig en ik had een bepaalde wens voor een kamer en daar werd meer dan rekening mee gehouden ! Dus mede daardoor was mijn verblijf er echt schitterend :-D Ik dank de hoteluitbater hiervoor trouwens .Het ligt echt drie min van het station af en kort stukje van alle bezienswaardigheden en niet ver van de Dijle zelfs .Kortom prima verblijf gehad en bij toeval de poetsdame gezien en die was echt mega lief ook en behulpzaam .Kan er niets slechts in vinden behalve mss een paar gekken die er s nachts (denk zonder uitlaat )optrekken ,maar hieraan kan het hotel echt niks verhelpen vrees k . Er is ook nog een bushalte voor de deur dus ik zie echt niks dat ik meer kon wensen :-)

立地は最高でした。 チェックイン、チェックアウトも無人ですが、スムーズに出来ました。 前泊者の忘れ物と思われる物がいくつか残って居て、清掃は完璧とは言えませんでした。 タオル交換はなし。2泊の予約なら2泊分準備して欲しい。歯磨き用のコップもない。 フリーのコーヒーは機械が不調で使えず、 立地以外は褒める点がありません。

cheapest place in town but with a reason

i do not recommend staying here to anyone, unless the only quality you need is “cheap”, but even then i would recommend staying elsewhere. the photo’s look nice but the place lacks all the charm and designers feel that you would expect from the advertisement. the room is big, but most of the space is unused. the bed is hardly any wider than a single bed, it is hard to sleep in it with two people. the rest of the furniture seems to be put randomly in the room. the led light in the bathroom hurts your eyes. the room is located on a street corner and filled all night with loud noises from the traffic, like accelerating motorcycles and mopeds, cars stopping and driving by. the sound insulation is non-existent, even with the windows closed. you hear people clearly talking outside and walking by. it is hard to fall asleep. we booked and contrary to the confirmation e-mail we had to call the hotel to receive the self check in instructions. parking instructions were missing so we parked in a parking nearby, but they didn’t accept foreign bank cards. just as the nice bakery next door. the owners have tried to make the place cheap and they succeeded in that. and even though they added some happy colors, the place could use some more love and better furniture to make it nice and charming. and some sound proofing to make it easier to fall asleep. cheap is nice, but this is too cheap.

En general bien

La habitación es grande, pero tuvimos un par de problemas: - Por un lado nos pusieron en la habitación que está al lado de la salida del edificio y nos molestaba mucho el ruido de la puerta del edificio cada vez que salía alguien. Tambien nos molestaba la gente que hablaba cuando salía. Supongo que en otra habitación no nos hubiese pasado. - El segundo problema es que no tienen unas cortinas opacas que frenen la luz por la mañana y a las 7 de la mañana la luz nos despertaba El resto muy bien, relación calidad precio buena. La ubicación está bien, cerquita de la estación con un carrefour express que tenía unas ofertas increibles para desayunar

E' la seconda volta che vado in questa struttura. Non c'è la reception ma un codice da digitare alla prima porta d'ingresso, quindi, appena entrati, nel mobile, si trova una cassaforte e si digita un codice e, quando si apre, si trova la busta con la chiave che apre sia la seconda porta che quella della stanza ;) La struttura è pulita e comoda. Di fronte c'è una panetteria dove si può fare colazione. Il posteggio che ho utilizzato è quello del Lidl a 15 min di distanza: è coperto, sicuro e costa poco. Tra la struttura ed il posteggio, si trova lo stabilimento di Stella Artois ed al mattino si può godere del profumo della lavorazione della birra. Tenete presente che a Leuven centro è difficilissimo trovare posteggio e, nel caso, costa molto e vale per poco tempo. Insomma, questa struttura offre un ottimo compromesso fra ciò che propone, costo e posizione.

Lovely Modern Hotel in City Centre

Overall we had a really lovely stay. Chreck-in/out was super smooth. The hotel is close to everything and in a perfect spot to see all the major attractions. Room was modern, cozy and clean. The ability to use the shared kitchen facilities is what really made this hotel stand out and was very helpful during our stay. Would stay here again if ever in Leuven!
