The suite was beautiful, with elegant furnishings and a carpet that was clearly well maintained—nothing felt worn or outdated, which made the space all the more comfortable and inviting. While the hotel itself is gorgeous, what made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were absolutely top-notch—friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely warm. They remembered us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really set this hotel apart and made us feel at home. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was fantastic and an experience we would highly recommend. Although we didn’t get a chance to visit the spa or try the breakfast buffet this time, we look forward to both on our next visit. This is without a doubt a 5-star hotel in every sense. We cannot recommend it enough and will certainly be back!"

"This is one of the best hotels I have seen. The rooms are spacious and big. Everything there is very stylish and up to date. Love the interior of the hotel. The restaurant was also pretty good and accommodating of my food allergies. The best thing about this hotel is that it’s in the heart of the city and is quite accessible to everything. I will definitely want to come back to this city and will love to stay in this hotel again! "
