"It was great place to overnight after flying into Busan. An easy one-stop metro ride from the airport and a short walk to the front door. The staff was very friendly, we slept comfortably, and the breakfast was amazing. "

"The hotel is really nice… but I wish I knew a couple factors before I booked because I wouldn’t have booked it. The hotel is pretty nice and the staff is pretty responsive. My issue was that the amenities were all down. Like the sauna or the pool. Also the convenience store inside of the hotel is not 24/7. Our room heating system was broken. It would not turn off the heat so we had to ask the staff to completely turn it off in our room. Also, A/C wasn’t an option as they shut down that option since it’s still considered “winter”. But they were kind enough to bring us a fan… and btw, you can see inside of the bathroom from your room (thankfully there are blinds). For a brand like Shilla, I felt really let down."

"We had such a short visit in between flights that it’s hard to give an opinion. The sheets and comforter were very soft and comfortable, but the mattress had a plastic cover on it that made a noise every time you moved. The toilet also flushes automatically which is not great at 2:00am."

"The room and bathroom smell of stale smoke and the bed is hard and uncomfortable. Decent if you need a quick stay but it’s far from everything and front desk empty. There is a convenience store a short walk away. "
