We stayed here for just **one night in Leticia** and had a very good experience. The hotel appears to be **new, and the rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable**. The mattress was especially comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The staff were **friendly and helpful**, although English is somewhat limited, so a little Spanish can be useful. Breakfast was fairly basic but adequate. Overall, a **comfortable and pleasant stay with spacious rooms and great value**. I would definitely recommend it for travelers visiting Leticia.

Nice, stylish

Medellín-style contemporary design including fun sensor tracking lighting around and on the stairs. Rooms were somewhat dorm style rather than hotel: no irons or other amenities, but functional with a fun built-in designed desk. Cold water shower still something I find hard to get used to. Took me a while to figure out the remote for the air conditioning unit was weak, thought it just didn't work which made the 2nd floor room uncomfortable, but standing a few feet away to operate all was well. Friendly staff to prepare a breakfast for you.

Clean, cool and comfortable. The staff was incredible! Breakfast delicious. Only thing to be aware of it that if you’re on the first floor, you’ll probably want to use earplugs to sleep. Sound travels from anyone sitting and talking in the entryway or dining area.

No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you hear everything happenning in the lobby. Front desk lady was keeping the tv on at high volume till after midnight - though I explicitly asked her to turn the sound off, as i need some sleep.

Zentrale Lage, neu, freundlich

Die Lage ist sehr zentral (Hauptstraße), aber im Zimmer ist es sehr ruhig Die Gegend ist in Ordnung und scheint sicher. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch bei Tourbuchungen. Man kann von Flughafen tatsächlich bis zum Hotel laufen (haben wir gemacht).
